Use the High Protection Cream SPF30 before each sun exposure. Apply generously on the face and décolleté. Avoid the eye area.  During sun exposure, reapply the High Protection Cream SPF50 every 2 hours and avoid sun exposure between 12pm and 4pm. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun. Wear a t-shirt, sunglasses, and a hat during sun exposure.
