Cut 30 cm of floss.

Wrap it around your index finger.

Using your thumbs, gently move the floss back and forth between your teeth.

Press the floss against the side of a tooth and slide it along the tooth, moving from the gum line to the edge.

Repeat on the adjacent tooth's side.
