Use a pea-sized amount, with adult supervision during brushing to minimize ingestion risk.

Apply onto a dry toothbrush.

Use daily, 3 times a day, brushing after each meal.

A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.

For proper oral hygiene, it is recommended to replace the toothbrush every 3 months.
