Screw the cannula onto the tube.

Pull the plunger up to the middle and squeeze the tube until the cannula is filled with gel.

Unscrew the cannula and insert it into the vagina.

Once in place, gently press the plunger to dispense the full dose of gel.

If needed, the gel can be applied with a finger.

After each application, rinse the cannula with warm running water by pressing the plunger.

Should be applied 3 to 4 times a week or according to medical indication.
