Start by brushing the outside of your teeth in circular motions with the brush slightly angled.

Then, in the same position, brush the inside of the teeth.

The chewing surfaces of the teeth should be brushed from back to front.

For the inside, the top and bottom incisors should be brushed with the brush in a vertical position.

The molars should be brushed back and forth.
