1. Pull the ear out to straighten the entrance of the ear canal

2. With the other hand, hold the end of the plug and insert it with circular motions until it fits snugly in the ear

3. To remove the plug, make gentle, circular movements to gradually release the pressure

Cleaning instructions: Wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before reusing. Store in original packaging.
