- Clean and dry the outer ear. Mold the plug into a ball shape.

- Place the plug at the entrance of the ear and flatten it to prevent air from entering.

Do not insert into the auditory canal, only cover the ear. Do not cut, divide, or stretch.

To remove the plug, press behind the ear. Discard when dirty or when it loses adhesion to the ear (can be reused up to 5 times). For best results during airplane travel, use the plug throughout the entire trip.
