Place the contents of the sachet in the Nasopure bottle, fill the bottle with water (preferably purified, distilled or previously boiled, to remove possible contaminants).

Close the bottle and shake. Insert in one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle to create a flow of solution into the nasal cavity, washing the entire nasal and sinus mucosa.

The solution will exit through the opposite nostril, removing mucus, secretions and irritants.

Repeat on the other nostril.
