1. Apply to the center of the face and massage outward towards the chin.

2. Apply a small amount to the forehead and spread from bottom to top.

3. Apply to desired areas at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and in adequate amounts. Limit sun exposure time and avoid peak sun hours.
